Why not police the people at the event more. Double the amount of trash containers and post someRead More signs to keep the place clean? If it is in their face, people usualy do the right thing and clean up. All this takes is a bunch of copies stapled to trees and poles. As well, please somehow get people to NOT park on the new grass along bay shore.

Good point, Jimmy, but I would think the fact that there are SO many people there, more than theRead More number of people patrolling, plus the fact that it's nighttime, makes it nearly impossible to police in real time. Plus it is my impression that the cleanup is as much for the spent fireworks from the display as it is for trash.
