It's hard to believe I am the first to rate Tapping the Vine. Wow! This is one of my favorite local hangouts in town. The prices are too fair (really!) and the indoor and outdoor dining atmosphere is relaxing. There's a wonderful beer and wine selection and you can purchase wine to take home. I love Tapping the Vine because the owner changes the menu several times per year. He also has a few items that are always available, such as red beans and rice, salads and paninis. I'm reviewing this restaurant during fall/winter so I can say that their soups are some of the best I've tasted.
