The Tampa Bay Sunday Bicyclers invite new riders on this trek today. Just bring your helmet, a full water bottle, a spare tube, and a road-worthy bicycle, of course.

Today's ride lasts about 24 miles. It covers a speed of about 12 to 14mph.
The ride begins promptly at 7:45am, leaving the park entrance and riding along the waters of Upper Tampa Bay until connecting with the Clearwater East/West Trail.
Riders say you'll enjoy the twists, turns and short hills of this scenic bike trail as it winds through several of the area's prettiest parks. After the ride, the group will meet for breakfast in downtown Safety Harbor.
