Edward Binert, 29, of Safety Harbor was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with battery on a law enforcement and resisting an officer with violence. He was released from jail on a $20,000 bond.

Adolphus Cotton, 70, of Safety Harbor was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with driving with a suspended license. He was released from jail on a $1,000 bond.

Oct. 5

Michael Kistel, 27, of Safety Harbor, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia , driving with a suspended license and a DUI. He was released from jail on a $900 bond. 

Oct. 6

Scott Bookspan, 50, of Safety Harbor, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with aggravated assault. He was released from jail on a $5,000. 

Jesus Cerritohernandez, 36, of Safety Harbor was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with a DUI and driving with a suspended license. He was released from jail on a $750 bond. 

Oct. 7 

Doug Mitchum, 35, of Safety Harbor was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with violation of an injunction. He was released from jail on a $2,013 bond.
