Coastal Properties Group International Opens Second Clearwater location

New boutique office opens on Island Estates 

Clearwater, FL  (October 2013) –Coastal Properties Group International, the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate in Tampa Bay, has announced the opening of a second office location in Clearwater Beach on Island Estates at 292 Windward Passage. The boutique office was opened in order to service the company’s clients on Island Estates and to meet the needs of growing brokerage firm.  The company’s other Clearwater Beach office is located at 423 Mandalay Avenue in the SunTrust Building.

“As a brokerage, we have a significant market share on Island Estates,” explained Alex Jansen, Coastal’s CEO and Managing Broker. “The strategic location of this boutique office will allow us to better service that growing clientele and accommodate our real estate professionals who specialize in this exclusive area.”

The office is located next to the Clearwater Beach/Island Estates post office and is directly across the street from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, home to Winter the dolphin, from the popular movie Dolphin Tale.

“We expect to see a lot of walk-in traffic at this location,” continues Jansen. “The Clearwater Marine Aquarium receives approximately 1000 guests per month, many of whom are visitors to the area and are interested in purchasing a waterfront home or condominium.” 

Coastal Properties Group International’s expansion plans also include opening offices in St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach. According to Jansen, several potential locations have already been identified.
