VIDEO: Chalk Fest's Cycle of Art

It isn't often you can witness a piece of art go from beginning to end in the period of a couple days.

At the Bloom N Art N Chalk Fest, people can witness the entire artistic process as chalk artists create their vision on the sidewalks of Safety Harbor.

Over the course of the festival, artists will work throughout the day in order to complete their art in Safety Harbor.
