Come and Get Patch Swag at 3rd Friday Tonight!
Safety Harbor Patch will be handing out tee shirts, magnets and pens for newsletter signees and Patch devotees.
3rd Friday is already upon us again, and from what we've been told, this is one of the biggest events of the year.
With a Renaissance festival theme, enjoyable weather (fingers crossed), and hundreds of vendors and visitors, 3rd Friday in September promises to be an extra festive occasion.
Another reason this month's event is so special is because Safety Harbor Patch will be unofficially baptised into the community tonight; we will have a tent set up on Main Street and be handing out swag and getting the word out about Patch to those in the community who haven't heard about us yet.
Anyone who comes and signs up for our free daily newsletter will receive a Patch T-shirt (while supplies last!), and we'll have other items on hand for our loyal fans and supporters as well.
Look for our booth on the north side of Main Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenue tonight, and thanks for supporting Safety Harbor Patch!

Every third Friday, as the merchants and the musicians are setting up their stuff, I walk the length of Main Street on "my way" to Green Springs Bistro, and I watch all these people. Just great excitement and fun. Arts and crafts everywhere, musicians tuning, people walking and people-watching just like I do. Then I perform at the restaurant as I do every third Friday. The highlight of my night is frequently walking back, watching the musicians as they hit their peak of the night, catching that last merchant sell the last of their wares, and really enjoy the quaint small town feel that 3rd Friday brings out in our small town. Not many places you can find this.

Have enjoyed hearing you entertain at Green Springs for years. I understand another "Harbor" boy, David Crawford, will be at Southern Fresh tonight.

We started out as vendors at 3rd Friday back in 2008. To this day it is still the event that gets me the most excited! I love all the dogs that people bring out and the festive atmosphere is so contagious! As a vendor I can honestly say that even if we have a night of slow sales, I still LOVE participating in this event!

That's a great story Wendy. And yes, the animals are a great part of 3rd Friday (don't forget the birds!)
